Refund and Cancellation Policy – Industrial Training

At TP Digital Technologies – Industrial Training, we aim to deliver high-quality technical training programs to learners of all levels. We understand that sometimes, circumstances may change. This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations related to our courses and services.

1. Course Enrollment Cancellation

a. Before Course Start Date:

• If you cancel your enrollment at least 3 days before the course begins, you are eligible for a 100% refund, excluding any payment gateway charges.

b. After Course Start Date:

• If cancellation occurs within 3 days after the course has started, you may receive a 50% refund, provided you have accessed less than 20% of the course content.
• No refund will be granted after 3 days from the start date or if more than 20% of the content has been accessed.

3. No Show Policy

If a learner fails to attend without any prior intimation, the payment will be considered forfeited and no refund will be issued.

4. Technical Issues

If a learner is unable to access the course due to verified technical issues on our platform, we will extend course access or offer a partial/full refund based on the situation.

Issues arising from the learner’s own internet/device problems will not qualify for refunds.

5. Duplicate Payment

In case of accidental duplicate payments, the excess amount will be fully refunded to the original payment method after verification.

6. Refund Processing Time

• The amount will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during enrollment.
